Under the direction of the IT Office Manager, the
Client Services Representative performs varied and complex administrative, technical and program coordination support services for both the internal and external Carver County customer. This position handles sensitive information and maintains a high level of confidentiality. The
Client Services Representative must possess excellent customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable to workload and assignment changes. Handles sensitive information, including preliminary budgets, salary and benefit data, and court case information with discretion and in compliance with the MN Government Data Practice laws.
Assists with the printing of large-scale and frequently complex print and copy projects utilizing light production duty multi-function devices and digital print server software.
Prepares, scans, indexes, and verifies a variety of county documents using an electronic document management system.
Supports external customers in person, by phone and electronic inquiry, dispersing information as requested.
Processes incoming and outbound mail and inbound deliveries accurately and in a timely manner.
Creates and maintains various internal files for use by the
Client Services team.
Provides notarial services.
Performs other comparable duties of a like or similar nature as assigned.
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Two (2) years experience in an administrative support role
or
Equivalent combination of education and experience necessary to perform the essential functions of the position
