Part-Time Chiropractic Front Desk

We are seeking an energetic, friendly Front Desk person with strong people skills to join our chiropractic team. The ideal candidate will be able to multi task, have excellent communication skills, and be detail orientated. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work independently. Candidates must project a professional appearance with a positive attitude and good work ethic.

Responsibilities will include: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, insurance verification, processing payments, and checking patients out. General office tasks will include computer use (EHR system), copy/fax/scan documents and filing. Also responsible for maintaining the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times and helping with laundry.

Hours: Mon, Wed and Thurs 1.45pm to 6pm and Tues 12.45pm to 7pm

High school diploma is required

Prior chiropractic office experience preferred, but not required.

We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
