QC Kinetix is the premiere regenerative medical practice in the United States, with over 170 open clinics. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain medications!

We are currently looking for a qualified Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Phlebotomist at our San Diego, CA, locations to make sure our patients are getting concierge care and the office is flowing smoothly. The CMA will perform phlebotomy, laser therapy, and prepare injections. The CMA will assist the provider as needed and ensure that the provider stays on time and is made aware of any patient issues. The CMA will maintain a clean, stocked, and well-organized back-office work environment.

The schedule is two days per week on Monday and Tuesday. No Nights, No On-Call!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

At all times, upholds the highest standards of moral and ethical behavior and adheres to the QC Kinetix mission statement.

Main function is drawing blood followed by preparing injections and getting rooms turned for the provider.

Maintains medical supply inventory and coordinates with the office manager on when to order.

Ensures all rooms are clean and ready for the next patient.

Labels all blood draws with patient’s name.

Understands how to properly prepare injections using the Emcyte Kits.

Must be able to assistant in a Bone Marrow Aspiration Concentrate (BMAC) procedure.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Knowledge and belief in the potential of regenerative therapies to help patients avoid surgery

Excellent bedside manner and the ability to deliver topnotch patient service

Required licensing and experience:

Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy

Pay: $30.00 per hour
