Job Description
The Financial Administrator will assist in maintaining, organizing, and reporting on the financial information of the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping entries of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Manual journal entries for accruals, Manual adjustments for ecommerce and P.o.S. sales.
- Working with the Finance and Operations Manager to complete financial statements and reports for board meeting presentation.
- Analyzing the financial performance of the organization and working with the F&O Manager to implement strategies of growth.
- Communicating with the various team-leads regarding the financial performance of each entity.
- Assisting in the integration and automation of software solutions to fuel efficiency.
