The Financial Administrator will assist in maintaining, organizing, and reporting on the financial information of the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping entries of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Manual journal entries for accruals, Manual adjustments for ecommerce and P.o.S. sales.
- Working with the Finance and Operations Manager to complete financial statements and reports for board meeting presentation.
- Analyzing the financial performance of the organization and working with the F&O Manager to implement strategies of growth.
- Communicating with the various team-leads regarding the financial performance of each entity.
- Assisting in the integration and automation of software solutions to fuel efficiency.
PCC was established in March of 2016. PCC provides residential, agriculture, and apiary programs at Frog Hollow Farm in nearby Phoenixville, Pa. PCC's other non-profit enterprises include Heart Stone Pastry, Pear Tree Coffee Roasters, and Green Lion Breads. These enterprises produce outstanding products made fresh daily, for the greater Phoenixville community and surrounding areas. Together, these four components of PCC provide a dynamic blend of social, volunteer, and employment opportunities for individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, and special mental health needs.
