Job Description
- Monitor switchboard, answer overflow calls, and direct callers to appropriate party
- Receive and distribute mail and incoming/outgoing daily communications
- Assist guests with paperwork
- Copy, file, and process applications
- Maintain paper supplies and office bulletin boards
- Work closely with other teams and provide backup support
- Work on special projects as needed
- Ability to work efficiently and handle a variety of duties as once
- Understand the confidential nature of the work
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Work closely and effectively with other team members, including the Operations Director
- Possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, courtesy and discretion when communicating with staff and guests
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years office admin experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
