Part-Time Accounts Receivable Data Entry

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for reconciling commission payments. This is a vital role within our organization to ensure we are being paid in a timely manner.

Duties:
- Process and post customer payments
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to identify any discrepancies or outstanding balances
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Assist with order entry and Data Entry tasks as needed

Skills:
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficient in data collection, organization, and file management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Basic math skills for calculations and reconciliations
