Bailiwick is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist(Part-Time) to contribute to our ongoing success and growth. The role of the Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist is a member of the Finance team. The position will be focused on collecting payments from a single customer with over 150 franchisees.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and send out payment ledgers to franchises.
  • Attend multiple meetings per week with franchises and corporate sponsors to review payment ledger and drive payments.
  • Create invoices and credits per direction from internal project team.
  • Independently call and email franchises to pursue payment.
  • Respond promptly to questions emailed from franchises.
  • Ability to analyze information and use logic to address issues and discrepancies.
  • Accurate documentation of collection and dispute interactions with both internal and external parties.
  • Understanding, investigating, and resolving AR and collection issues.


Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related finance/accounting experience is preferred.
  • Basic training in accounting principles
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience
  • Prior experience or familiarity with ERP software applications
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Ability to pay extreme attention to detail and complete work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer skills including the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
  • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage one's own time effectively
