Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling employees for all events.
- Responsible for client relations.
- Responsible for being at every event scheduled by client.
- Responsible for managing clock in and clock out spread sheets and item inventory spread sheets.
- Attention at all times to anything that may be required around lot (Laziness or getting easily distracted is not tolerated).
- Showing urgency by running to handle ANY task.
- Providing the best customer service through positivity, enthusiasm and happiness no matter the circumstances that arise.
- Being empathetic towards all patrons, teammates, and account staff.
- Directing traffic and keeping your work environment organized.
- Communicating well with all team members and supervisors.
