Office Assistant and Leasing Agent

Office Assistant Duties:

• Check PO Box and review Mail

• Customer Facing with Tennants - answering phone calls/emails, etc.

• Answer Emails
• Rent Collections and reviewing late payments and fees

• Other Duties as Assigned

Leasing Agent:

Lease apartments and homes

List apartment/home on rental system

Book Showings and Answer Emails

Work Remotely

• Yes, part of the time. Also requires 6 hours per week in the office. The ideal schedule would be 2 hours per day/three days a week. You will also be responsible for showing rental units. The rest of the work can be completed remotely via computer and telephone. The company will provide a telephone.
