Park Manager Description
The Rock River Leisure Estates Park Manager position is a multi-disciplined role that includes a mixture of facilities management, customer service, managerial, and administrative support, and vendor management. The Park Manager oversees and participates in the day-to-day administration, operation, and upkeep of the park as well as its employees.
Successful candidates for this position should have experience in the following areas:
- Managing small teams
- Oral and written communication skills with a customer service focus
- Snow plowing and road maintenance
- Commercial pool management and certifications
- Community well and water system certifications
- Maintenance and equipment management
About RRLE:
Located in Egerton Wisconsin, RRLE is a private homeowner’s community that encompasses both full-time and part-time residents. RRLE has seven miles of paved roads, a community water system, two in-ground swimming pools, guest RV and camping areas, a general store/game room, an outdoor storage facility, various green spaces, dock/pier access for boats and PWC, as well as a man-made fishing pond.
