Paraprofessional Needed

We are currently seeking a contracted paraprofessional to join our team in Black Hawk, CO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting a young student 1-on-1 with academic and social-emotional needs (Mild - Moderate)
• Support classroom instruction and management
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed by the teacher or special education team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
• Previous experience with special needs individuals.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances

This is a contracted position with a competitive hourly rate ($20+). The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined by the school's needs.
