Form of workSolar Maintenance Pros is seeking an individual to perform solar panel cleaning and solar system monitoring support. We have over 300 clients in the Central Valley who have their solar panels cleaned twice each year. We also provides solar production monitoring services which allow solar customers to identify issues with their solar power production.
* Must have a valid Drivers License
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience setting up solar production monitoring equipment (Solaredge, Enphase, etc.) strongly desired.
- Experience with residential or commercial solar system installation strongly desired.
Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of solar panel cleaning experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work at great heights.
- Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds at a time.
- Ability to work in the sun and high heat situations
- Must have a clean driving record
