We are experiencing a high-volume increase in deck inspections (SB 326 and SB721). We are looking for a creative and dependable candidate in the Los Angeles area to join our team. The perspective candidate should have at minimum the following qualifications:
- experience in home inspections and walk-throughs
- exceptional experience in customer service
- knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- US work authorization
- Highly proficient in general office software including Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Drive, and PowerPoint.
- Some knowledge of and access to apple shared folders
- Must be in good physical shape to squat, stand for 6 hours, climb ladder, carry 50 lbs, and sit on/stand up from ground level
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, be punctual and detail oriented. Position requires continuous communication with principle engineer, project manager and other staff when on site.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, self-managing, great work ethics and problem solving skills
- Must be available for site visits in the greater Los Angeles area.
- Must have dependable transportation
Responsibilities increase with proven competency and ability to perform tasks. Applicants who are not U.S. citizens must have proper paperwork to work in the United States. Include details regarding visa type and duration.
