Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspection Technician with a strong background in mechanical inspection and understanding of ANSI standards.
Requirements:
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance mechanical inspection experience
Experience with ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Tolerance and ANSI Z1.4 Sampling Plan
Experience with Keyence IM series or LM Series inspection system use
Understanding of thread specifications, classifications, and calibration program
Basic experience working with a statistical process control program
Ability to interpret and comprehend Engineering blueprints/drawings
Responsibilities:
Perform simple to complex mechanical/dimensional inspections for first article, in-process, and final inspections per blueprints using designated inspection equipment
Inspect product within the estimated time requirements
Document part numbers, lot numbers, quantities, inspection dates, results to ensure accurate product history records for each product inspection task performed
Report all non-conforming products to the Quality Manager
Obtain appropriate inspection gauges, fixtures, attachments, accessories, materials necessary for inspections
Inform machine operators of any out-of-tolerance conditions or acceptability of product based on specification
Pay: 20-27

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
