Paid Social Account Director
The Paid Social Account Director will play a pivotal role in strengthening Adlucent's social media practice by focusing on client management, partnership development, and growing our best practices. This leadership role is integral to shaping and driving strategic social media initiatives that deliver value to our clients and contribute to the agency's growth.
The Role:
- Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile Social Accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to meet client goals and ROI objectives.
- Oversee client reporting, data analysis, and insights generation.
- Partnerships
- Foster strong relationships with key industry partners (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc)
- Leverage partnerships to benefit client campaigns and enhance Adlucent's social media offerings.
- Attend and participate in industry events to elevate the agency's profile and build a network of partnerships.
- Best Practices
- Shape the overall direction and growth strategy for Adlucent's social media practice.
- Oversee a team of social media professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to develop their skills and performance.
- Collaborate closely with other department leads and executives to align social media initiatives with the agency's overall business goals.
Must Have:
- 5+ years account or management experience in social advertising, preferably managing multi-million dollar budget social programs
- Proven people manager skills developing employees and optimizing organizational effectiveness, including a minimum of five years building and leading teams
- Strong track record of delivering outstanding service to clients, both internal and external, as well as business results and ROI
- Extensive knowledge of performance digital marketing for enterprise retailers and brands
- Demonstrated ability to improve existing systems and implement new structures to build an effective learning environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively articulate business and marketing strategies, able to pitch proposals and influence clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Keen eye for excellent client service and account performance
Nice to have:
- Lead gen experience
- Retail experience, including but not limited to: eCommerce; merchandising and promotions; multi-channel marketing; branding
- Track record of sales/upsell experience
