We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Media Specialist who has experience in digital marketing. You will also enjoy working in afast-pacedenvironment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers "tick".
To succeed as a Paid Media Specialist, you must be a self-starter who is comfortable executing with autonomy in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. You must have exceptional attention to detail, be highly organized, and capable of working on cross-functional teams. You're passionate about paid digital and the role it plays in the customer journey. You constantly stay up to date on industry news and trends and continuously seek to further your education in the space.
Responsibilities
- Assist Paid Manager with campaign strategy, planning, launch, optimization & performance measurement across paid digital channels for multiple clients in varying verticals
- Assist Paid Media Manager with budgeting, forecasting & reporting: manage client budgets, as well as monthly/weekly forecasting and reporting at channel level for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs
- Work with Content team to create new ads and creative
- Comfortable and capable of building campaigns, audiences, and ads for paid search, display, and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc)
- Take ownership of client budgets and strategies
- Consistent in weekly and monthly optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more
- Manage client performance by nurturing relationships through weekly meetings and reporting, constantly monitoring performance and seeking improvement opportunities
- Develop bidding strategies in key channels to maximize user acquisition at scale.
- Identify new channels of opportunity to invest and find incremental user growth with strong ROI
- Assist with building and presenting comprehensive strategy plans and analytics reports for each client
- Have 2+ years of relevant paid marketing experience with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strongly KPI oriented: acquisition, conversion and ROI.
- Understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and analytics, especially paid search, display, retargeting, email and social.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- Strong proficiency in digital trends and best practices.
- Robust quantitative skills including forecasting ability and ROI analyses - demonstrated ability to apply logical thought process to problem solving and deliver recommendations.
- Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver.
- Excellent presentation, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Understanding of both ad & website tagging/pixel implementation and measurement.
- Basic understanding of Paid Search.
- Proficiency in Facebook & Google paid advertising
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $65,000.00 and $85,000.00. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
