A2 Hosting is currently searching for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. As our Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and managing our pay-per-click (PPC) strategy.
Working alongside a passionate marketing team and collaborating with other departments, you will use your extensive experience with Google ads, Bing ads, and various social media platforms to maximize the online presence and ROI of A2 Hosting's marketing campaigns.
What you'll do
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook), and other social networks
Perform keyword research both inside and outside of the campaign to ensure the best targeting and negative matches are accounted for
Optimize bidding and overall campaign management including but not limited to keywords, placements, devices, geographic, demographics, and other levels
Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns to ensure budget compliance and optimization, maintenance of Quality scores, and tracking of impression share and other important metrics
Write engaging and concise ad copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
Research and stay informed of emerging PPC and digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies that could benefit and impact the organization
Required Skills and Experience
3-5 years of professional experience, either as a PPC Specialist/Manager or a Digital Marketing Specialist with extensive PPC experience
1-2 years of CMS experience required, WordPress and/or Expression Engine a plus
Exceptional written communication skills with proven experience in content creation
Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English to communicate complex concepts to members at all levels of the organization
Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Facebook Business Suite; other social media advertising platforms a plus
Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Agile mindset- the ability to use creative problem solving skills to overcome obstacles
Computer literate with demonstrated proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills- the ability to collect, interpret, and report on complex data and use your insights to create strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in Google Ads strongly preferred
Functional experience with all channels of social media
Experience in a remote work environment with globally distributed teams strongly preferred
Experience in a web hosting or similar SaaS technology company a plus
