We are looking for an Outside Sale Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
● Understand quality and sales within company specifications, goals, and objectives.
● Comply with internal ATI practices.
● Understand organizational flow chart within the company.
● Always conduct yourself in an ethical manner while maintaining a professional image.
● Annually meet with Sales Manager to set sales goals, strategy, and review on a periodic basis.
● Maintain an accurate understanding of the company’s ability to meet customer needs.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge on competitors and the marketplace.
● Maintain knowledge of ATI materials and equipment capabilities.
● Actively seek new and profitable opportunities with potential customers.
● Manage time and business expenditures responsibly.
● Travel throughout assigned territory to call on current and prospective customers and develop clientele.
● Generate RFQ’s for potential customers and refer them to a Client Relationship Manager.
● Attend industry trade shows.
● Attend yearly sales, conference calls, and other meetings as scheduled.
● Maintain overall accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
● Use strong industry knowledge to add value to the client's’ operation and look for up sell opportunities.
● Communicate with clients via face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.
● Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by telephone, email, and personal visits; quote as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Understanding of organization flow chart within the company
● Have an understanding of how to work with a team
● Basic understanding of an ERP system
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral)
● Ability to remain organized and multitask
● Capable of working efficiently to meet deadlines
● Must be familiar with Windows operating system, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
● Advanced understanding of communication technologies (e.g. email, Skype, Google Drive, etc.)
● Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
● Ability to understand and complete basic geometry and algebra. Read and understand basic blueprints.
● Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
● Ability to deal with problems and make decisions involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
● Ability to travel to visit customers and other company locations throughout the year
● Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
● 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
● Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
● Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
