1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inside Sales Rep will assist in the achievement, and act in support of, the sales of all Federal Flange Products into the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and other Industrial markets.
Specific responsibilities may include:
- Communicates with customers and identifies opportunities for Federal’s current product line and new potential products for design and supply.
- Interacts with customers by quoting incoming requests and actively follow up on these quotations to finalize sales.
- Responsible for reviewing customer inquiries, checking inventory levels, creating and submitting proposals.
- Partners effectively with the outside sales team and sales management to drive account coverage and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Participates in OHSMS by reporting accidents or near misses, attending safety meetings, reporting problems, and recommending improvements and other related activities.
- Complies with Federal Flange’s Health and safety Policy and all other health and safety practices, programs, and procedures.
- Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program in conformance with ISO 9001:2015, API Spec Q1 requirements. Comply with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
2.0 REQUIREMENTS
2.1 EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
2.2 EXPERIENCE
- Experience in cold call lead generations through small and large organizations is preferred.
- Experience working in an AP1 Spec Q1 environment a plus.
2.3 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience working with industry markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
