```Duties```
- Conduct warm and cold calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, product availability, and order status
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer interactions, update customer information, and manage sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively conduct warm calling and outbound calling
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in Inside Sales or business development is preferred
