We are a fitness Equipment Supplier based in Houston, and are seeking a bright, motivated individual to fill an essential role within our business. This individual will be working in a team setting as a Sales Representative. We are currently expanding our business through the use of social media platforms, so it is essential that this individual is knowledgable on social media.This position also requires doing sales in person or over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Making cold calls
• Manage messages that we receive on our social media platforms
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Keep up with current trends in the fitness industry
• Posting on social media platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Offer up and Craigslist.
• Meeting sale goals provided by management.

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
• knowledge of fitness equipment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30k salary+ commission based on sales

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• 9:55-6 shift.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales representative: 1year (preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
