Inside Sales Representative

General Overview:

Quote and process orders for Hunting connection product lines, including order processing and coordination with HES customer, interfacing with HES engineering and QA to meet customer and HES requirements and specifications, procuring goods and services to manufacture ordered and inventory items, initiating invoicing upon order completion, warehousing of tooling, protector and thread lubricant inventory and shipment of same as required.

Responsibilities:

• Quote inquiries on standard stock items for Hunting premium connection product lines.
• Process customer and inventory orders for Hunting premium connection product lines and coordinate communication with HES customer.
• Identify specifics of customer order requirements such as drift diameter, compound on mill and field ends, thread protector type, stenciling, length restrictions, third party monitoring and special inspection or handling.
• Review customer order requirements with HES QA and engineering to facilitate issuance of a QPP.
• Purchase goods and services required for orders such as thread protectors and pin threading with all ancillary services.
• Identify the correct manufacturing drawing and latest revision for products’ manufacture and communicating same to the contracted manufacturer via purchase order.
• Coordinate deliveries of goods and services to meet manufacturing scheduling and customer order requirements.
• Generate export documents for all international shipments of HES-CT connection products.
• Initiate invoicing of orders once completed.
• Approve invoices from vendors for goods and services purchased to facilitate order completion or inventory manufacture.
• Maintain inventory levels for Hunting premium connection product lines thread protectors.
• Communicate customer inquiries to the appropriate outside sales staff.
