- This position will manage all aspects of daily sales activities, including tracking results from the calls, scheduling appointments, and providing feedback to management.
- As an Outside Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will use your knowledge of our services to build strong relationships with existing customers and identify and engage with new customers
- Utilize our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) to document all client interactions, update contact information, and track progress in the sales pipeline
- Conduct research and utilize Zoom info to gather insights about potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and understand their company’s structure and needs.
- Provide regular feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to help improve our services and refine sales strategy.
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and Outside Sales.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Travel to customer sites to give presentations, provide customer service. Provide quotes and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Work closely with the team to develop sales strategies and achieve team goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales in the service industry.
- Proven experience in outbound sales calls, customer service, appointment setting, network, and lead generating.
- Superior Collaborative, time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with different levels of internal and external customers.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and problem solves to quickly arrive at business recommendation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience understanding budgets and forecasting.
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
- Winning contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to regularly travel to various locations with South Florida. Valid driver’s license is a requirement.
- Dependable transportation a must.
- Must be able to travel between Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties.
