Never worked in the HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical industry before?
That is OK, we possess expert knowledge of the industry and offer top-line training to get you going in your new Home Comfort Advisor role!
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of success
- Minimum of 3 years of business to consumer sales- prior industry experience not required
- Comfort Advisors will have strong relationship building skills
- PC computer proficiency and ability to use technology sales tools
- Ability to drive to customer's locations to meet them face to face
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, and some weekends
Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting and engaging with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their Home Comfort to help us build customers for life.
- Efficiently communicate during at-home conversations; helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs.
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.
