POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Outbound Care Representative position is a hybrid role between sales and customer support. You will split your time between supporting our current client base via phone, and emails as well as, placing warm calls to new and existing clients to help generate revenue, and develop lasting client relationships. This position is responsible for processing client orders and sales; providing client support; selling/upselling and educating on our products/services as well as providing exceptional customer service support.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· Answer inbound calls.
· Make outbound calls.
· Handle client requests and concerns.
· Responsible for updating clients' accounts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
· Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner focusing on client retention.
· Responsible for making outbound calls to new and existing clients.
· Explain products and/or services to upsell and cross-sell to new and existing clients.
· Communicate with management on any potential patient issues or problems.
· Responsible for entering patient data into Ample Organics.
· Perform other related duties that are assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced patient-focused environment.
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and show flexibility towards constantly varying demands and time-sensitive issues.
· Excellent time management and ability to provide accurate information/responses to clients.
· Ability to use a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and discretion in working with others.
· Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
· Ability to follow detailed instructions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Post-secondary diploma or equivalent work experience
· A minimum of 2 years in a Call Center role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
