The Equity Derivatives Technology group is looking for a strong Business Analyst with some PM experience who shall be focusing on regulatory initiatives related to Dodd-Frank legislation. The ideal candidate will have heavy Swaps/OTC knowledge
Qualifications:
- 7+ years business systems analysis or design experience
- 4+ years of experience in the capital markets and investment banking industry
- Strong understanding of OTC Derivatives products
- Experience with front to back trade processing and lifecycle management
- Experience working on a large regulatory, trade capture or risk management project
- Good communication skills - ability to clearly articulate complex regulation and how that translates to technical implementation
- Ability to interpret regulatory legal language
- Comfortable facing off with project stakeholders in Sales, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.
- Experience with document authoring i.e. BRD, FSD, business flows
