Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator/Sales Position - Work 4 Days A Week!

Our growing, modern and fully digital orthodontic office is looking to add a new orthodontic team member to our family! The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator role requires you to work closely with the orthodontist to ensure all new patients receive a warm welcome to the practice and receive a thorough initial consultation. Every patient that walks into our practice wants treatment...show them how we can help improve their smile and HOW THEY CAN AFFORD OUR TREATMENT to improve their lives. Identify any barriers to scheduling the patient to start treatment, work to resolve them and close the deal by signing a contract and scheduling them. You do not have to make cold calls or find leads...every consultation wants our product, show them how they can afford it!

Responsibilities:
·Welcome patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
·Conduct interview to understand the patient’s oral health history, concerns, and
objectives
·Clearly explain and discuss the prescribed treatment, treatment options, payment plans and provide answers to all questions
· Aid patients in understanding their insurance benefits
·Manage and maintain the payment options and policies for patients to uphold the
practice’s financial integrity
·Consistently achieve or surpass new patient start goals
·Provide excellent customer service to every potential patient and family
·Perform general office duties and other duties as required

Requirements:
· Must have good attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Computer literacy
· Must be focused, personable, punctual with the ability to handle a busy orthodontic
office
· Orthodontic and Sales Experience is required

· Must be willing and able to travel to our Brandon location once per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
