Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and driven Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our practice, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey, from initial consultation through the start of treatment. You will serve as a liaison between patients, orthodontists, and other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:

· Welcome patients and assist with the on boarding process

· Conduct initial consultations and assessments, explaining treatment options and answering questions

· Coordinate treatment plans and appointments, ensuring scheduling efficiency and accuracy

· Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, hygiene practices, and financial options

· Collaborate with the orthodontist to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

· Maintain detailed records and documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress

· Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding appointments, insurance, and general inquiries

· Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

· Equivalent sales or marketing experience in a related field

· Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service

· Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets

· Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
