Looking for an outgoing, friendly and professional individual to join our team, for our orthodontic practice in Woodland Hills.
Full time: 5 days/week (40 hours)
-Orthodontic or Dental front office Experience is Required.
-Knowledge of billing and insurance plans is a must.
-Computer skills is required.!

Must be able to provide excellent customer service
Must be a team player and work well with others
Must be neat and professional in appearance
Position Responsibilities:
-Greeting patients, Scheduling patients and answering phone calls
-Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments and answer any questions.
-Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
-Verifying insurance eligibility, Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients
-Taking payments and manage financial tasks, Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
-Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options
-Participating in local marketing that helps drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
