This role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, overseeing billing processes, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. We're seeking someone who's organized, approachable, and efficient. It's important to note that the salary for this position will vary based on the level of experience you bring to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the daily administrative operations of the office.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage billing and insurance claims processing.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Support and guide front desk staff, ensuring efficient operation.
- Implement office procedures to enhance workflow and patient service.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to maintain a positive office atmosphere.
- Monitor office performance and provide regular updates.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.

What You Need:
- Orthodontic/Dental Experience Required
- Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Experience is a plus
- Orthodontic or Dental Office Management Experience is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills for handling patient interactions.
- Proficiency in office management software and familiarity with patient management systems.
- Understanding of dental or orthodontic billing and insurance procedures.
- Leadership skills for managing the front office staff.
- A high school diploma is required; further education or certifications in healthcare administration are a plus.
