We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong practice management skills and experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
```Responsibilities:```
- Supervise and manage office staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Oversee scheduling and appointment management
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage billing and insurance claims processes
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Assist with human resources functions, such as hiring and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in practice management systems such as eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and vendors
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
