Overview of Position:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our office, with a particular focus on managing human resources functions and handling light bookkeeping and accounts receivable duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts receivable management.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the office staff.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Help support delivering client appreciation gifts.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in office management, human resources, and basic bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Quickbooks software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a software company is a plus.
- Passionate about people interactions and being a driver of a positive culture.

Compensation:
- Base Salary + Quartery Bonus Potential
