Rocky Mountain Enterprises is seeking an intelligent, dependable, flexible, detail oriented and hard-working Office Manager to support our storm restoration team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is extremely organized and has great customer service skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Data Entry
- Answering incoming calls from clients or possible new clients, vendors, staff and responding in a professional manner
- Assisting owner with multiple projects
- Pulling job permits when needed
- Maintaining contractor licenses in the municipalities in which we work
- Assisting in outside errands when needed
- Order materials for all projects
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for construction projects
- Responsible to ensure communication between project manager and customer is transparent in our process
- Profit and loss acknowledgement
- Quality control – Schedule inspections after jobs are complete
- Work directly with insurance companies on customers claims when needed
- Invoice customers
- Send certificate of completion when jobs are complete
- Works directly with crews to ensure start and finish dates of the project
- Reviews material orders before delivery
- Collect and input the correct documents with new team members and vendors
- Create customer profiles
- Assisting in keeping the office clean and organized
- Ordering supplies
- Accounts receivable/ accounts payable
- Quickbooks, Acculynx & Xactimate knowledge are a plus
- Construction experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
