Organizational Regional Manager of Recruitment
The Organizational Regional Manager will provide supervision and oversight of staff performing foster home recruitment activities in his/her assigned geographic regions of NYAP. The Organizational Regional Manager of Recruitment will be responsible for the overall planning, development, and implementation of Recruitment activities in his/her respective regions. This position will work in collaboration with the NYAP Program Excellence Department in the development of ongoing recruitment plans, resources, and campaigns. Data and reporting via EVOLV will also be a main responsibility, as well as recruitment evaluation. The Organizational Regional Manager of Recruitment will work under the supervision of the Associate National Director of Recruitment to increase and enhance efforts leading to the recruitment of diverse, high quality foster parents throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
The Organizational Regional Manager of Recruitment position may include the following, as well as other duties assigned:
- Performs all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
- Promotes a positive public and internal image of NYAP on a consistent basis.
- Engages in regular, marketing, public relations outreach and advocacy.
- Develop and knowledge of the geographic area/states assigned.
- Assists in the planning, development, implementation and leads recruitment strategies and campaigns being implemented by local recruitment staff that generate quantity and quality of prospective foster homes in alignment with annual census targets in the assigned states.
- Assist in the development of Recruitment campaigns to increase the number of foster parents willing to accept sibling groups and teen youth.
- Work with current foster parents in the assigned state/geographic area to recruit new foster families.
- Directly supervise the staff in the assigned state/geographic area in the development and implementation of all foster home recruitment activities.
- Ensures all data including all foster parent inquires are entered into the electronic record system.
- Prepares all monthly and annual data and reports on recruitment activities and the success of these efforts. This data will be provided to the Associate National Director of Recruitment.
- Actively provides weekly supervision and oversight of all recruitment activities in the assigned geographic area/state.
- Actively participates in the regular supervision process and unit meetings.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of relevant experience working at the National Youth Advocate Program.
- Relevant supervisory experience preferred.
- A valid professional license if required by state or contract regulations.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance and a good driving record.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

- Provide excellent internal and external customer service; Must possess good verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Must possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Suite and NYAP specific applications.

- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
