The Regional Sales Manager - Alternative Channels position is to profitably grow the White Castle Food Products (WCFP) product lines for assigned geography and accounts. This position will be responsible for achieving individual Topline Sales targets, while remaining within spending guidelines. The role will actively support the WCFP topline growth and bottom-line profitability to reach the division's annual objectiveIf you are craving a new opportunity and meet the minimum qualifications below - please apply today!
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business;
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in Food Sales;
  • Experience Managing brokers;
  • Excellent communication skills, sales skills, knowledge of CPG industry, good organizational skills, and detail-oriented;
  • Able to travel frequently to assigned account marketing areas. (Up to 30% - 50% of the time with the possibility of some weekend travel);
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the food product industry;
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving annual objectives;
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements;
  • Awareness of regional market trends and customer preferences;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

What you will do
  • Develop and achieve sales goals/targets for area of responsibility while remaining within spending guidelines;
  • Market visits/calls to Direct Accounts or with Brokers on major accounts;
  • Build relationships with all partners touching business, both internally and externally, to achieve goals;
  • Retail execution by managing all areas of business to achieve targets, i.e. Promotions, Pricing, Product Distribution, Product Placement;
  • Adherence to industry regulations and company policies;
  • Ensure all sales practices align with ethical standards;
  • Use of various reports and tools, to better analyze business trends. Make recommendation to improve existing account business or secure new business.
