We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Administrator to join our team. As an Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties```
- Process orders and ensure accuracy of order information
- Communicate with Sales Consultant to clarify order details and address any inquiries
- Enter order data into the system with speed and accuracy
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders
- Maintain organized records of customer orders and related documentation in salesforce
- Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or issues that may arise
```Requirements```
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to make outbound calls to customers as needed
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
