We are expanding and looking for Oder Processing Specialists to contribute to our dynamic team. This role primarily involves data entry and administrative tasks, making it ideal for individuals who prefer working independently. The work involves researching and entering information in our database, as well as contacting utility providers multiple times a day to verify water, sewer, and trash details.

Pay: Starting pay of $17.00 per hour. This role operates on a production-based model where your pay escalates proportionally with increased Order Processing efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time (40-hour workweek)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm), with the ability to work a hybrid schedule after 6 months of employment. The hybrid schedule is three days in the office (M-W-F) and two days remote (T-TH).

Job Overview:

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently processing lien orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a vital role in facilitating Lien-related transactions and providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify property information provided by clients and prepare files for processing.
• Research and gather additional information, including taxes, utilities, Municipal Liens, assessments, code violations, permits, etc.
• Call utility providers to verify water, sewer, and trash.
• Properly and accurately lists addresses and folio formats.
• Ensure timely completion of all follow-up items throughout the process.
• Respond promptly to client and interdepartmental requests.
• Work on a call back report daily, with special attention to handling overdue reports.
• Download and retain all responses from municipalities in a timely manner.
• Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails promptly.
• Process a minimum of 30 orders per day on average with less than a 10% error rate.
• Assist in other lien preparation functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• Previous experience in real estate, data entry, or administrative roles is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct online research and contact municipalities and other providers as needed.
• Quick typing skills, proficiency with technology, comfortable with data entry activities, and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
