Job Title: Order to Cash Specialist

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports To: VP, Chief Financial Officer

Location: Corporate

Position Summary: Under the direction of the VP, Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible for the procurement process from the initial ordering of goods and services to the receipt of goods to the matching of the vendor bill. In addition, the individual will be responsible for facilitating customer sales orders, inventory fulfillments and customer invoicing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and generation of purchase orders
• Processing inventory item receipts and inventory transfers
• Match vendor bills to item receipts and correspond with vendors as needed
• Capture all the relevant information and quickly initiate subsequent order processing and order fulfillment steps
• Ensure accurate tracking of orders at each stage, keeps the customer informed of order progress
• Responsible for order fulfillment
• Promptly generate sales orders and customer invoices
• Assists with audits by providing support records and documentation
• Fulfilling sales orders and generating customer invoices
• Prepares reports, journals, schedules and supporting documents
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather the supporting documents and data necessary to prepare reconciliations and financial reports

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations related to revenue recognition and AR management

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in order management, billing, and accounts receivable functions
• Proficiency in NetSuite is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with both external and external customers.

Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.

Strong MS Office skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,545.00 - $60,000.00 per year
