Overview
This position oversees the distribution of outgoing products to ensure LHS is effectively supporting the nationwide installation footprint with on-time deliveries. The role requires a hands-on approach to coordinate all logistical activities from contract to delivery, in a fast paced environment with the ability to quickly adapt and resolve any issues coming up in the process.
Responsibilities

• Consistently review newly scheduled installs and manage all outbound shipments to effectively support our installations across the US
• Process and schedule all orders systematically to provide necessary demand visibility and shipment needs
• Provide support and assistance to RIM's, sales and scheduling team in regards to product availability
• Work with internal teams to quickly resolve product shortages, priority shipments and fulfillment challenges
• Track and monitor all shipments in progress to ensure on-time deliveries
• Investigate and resolve issues with missing, damaged, or incomplete shipments
• Maintain regular contact with existing installers to determine logistic needs
• Build relationships with our carriers to maximize efficiencies within the logistic network
• Effectively communicate to all internal teams when faced with issues in regards to product availability

Qualifications

• 3- 5 years relevant Logistics and Order Fulfillment responsibilities
• Above average detail orientation
• Unyielding focus on 100% compliance for all data needs
• Strong ability to multi-task and utilize technology for organizing large amounts of data
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or other similar system helpful
• Competencies (Abilities): Communication, Strong Team player, Organization, Attention to detail, Operation/Process Management
• Ability to handle confidential issues with diplomacy

Hiring Range
The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $32,000.00-$44,000.00 annually.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Regular Full-Time Salaried positions: Will include a comprehensive benefits package.
