- Coordinate Distributor/Direct Partner orders at all stages, including interacting with buyers at order receipt, inventory allocation, and final delivery. Work to ensure timely delivery of products while maximizing fulfillment rates and minimizing logistics costs.
- Manage Order Fulfillment in an omnichannel environment through day-to-day communication with 3PL operations. This includes order management, inventory management, special projects, and weekly calls.
- Communicate with members of the THK Sales department and coordinate orders in support of team initiatives.
- Resolve order discrepancies with both internal and external parties. Report issues to 3PL and ensure processes are in place to improve future operations.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders, including (but not limited to) external buyers, 3PL partners, and internal THK sales team members.
- Create reports, consume data, and effectively analyze results to support cross-functional groups and inter-department needs.
- Work in various programs such as our EDI platform, OMS system, and WMS system. Become familiar with the systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional operations experience, preferably working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Outstanding organization, communication, and timeliness.
- Ability to identify and understand what needs to be accomplished and be willing to drive activities without specific direction.
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel), experience working in an ERP system (i.e., SAP) preferable.
