The job is an Entry Level position in an office setting. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, proficient/advanced online/computer knowledge, typing, and writing skills. They also need to have at least one year’s experience with Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, social media platforms and are open to learning about natural health.
Other skills wanted: basic tech knowledge, responsible, reliable, great work ethic, focused, punctual, good attendance, honest, creative skills, hard-working, teamwork, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service, Sales, Orders, or Other Related Fields
- Basic Knowledge of Social media platforms
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Shipping & Packing Orders
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the evolving products and services.
- Office / Clerical Duties.
- Proficient to advanced computer skills and internet navigation.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook) and Teams.
- Up to date with current mobile, iPad, tablet, and computer technology.
- Experienced in Google Docs.
- Excellent Typing and Writing skills.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English.
- Fluent in writing and speaking Spanish (Helpful but not Required).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is useful but not required.
- Time Management Skills.
- Positive, Friendly, and Professional Demeanor.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal

Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 3:00pm
