We're currently seeking a detail-oriented individual for a casual, part-time position in our Santa Monica shop to assist with packing online orders for shipment and handling drop-offs at USPS. This role is perfect for someone who prides themselves on accuracy and can work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer:
- Base Compensation: To acknowledge the commitment of coming to our location, we offer a base pay of $15 per session. This ensures you're compensated for your time and effort from the moment you step into our shop.
- Per-Order Payment: In addition to the base pay, we offer $0.30 per order packed. This structure means that the more orders you pack, the more you earn. It's a way for us to recognize your hard work and efficiency directly.

The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, and while previous experience in fulfillment and order packing is a plus, it's not required. We will provide comprehensive training on our specific packing standards and processes.
