SalaryKaileep.com is an e-commerce company for women and children shoes and accessories. We're currently looking to hire a Order fullfillment Associate/Packer. 1 year Experience is REQUIRED.
We have a fast paced atmosphere here. We need a reliable person who can work effectively in a team environment. This is an onsite position, NOT a remote position. The candidate serves in a hands-on role providing outstanding service and support to our entire company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently handle order processing procedures and related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for order processing administrative support work which includes: P.O download, print shipping labels, organize warehouse, and packing (need to lift boxes).
- Inspect all shipping aspects for orders regarding shipping packaging, labelling, pallet wrapping and packing list ensure qualifying with channel shipping requirements.
- Work as order processing information center to communicate and follow up with related departments.
- Follow up with shipments and coordinate with any shipment issues accordingly.
- Report to management office regarding any abnormal issues and high fraud hazards orders in time.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; or minimum 1 year work experience in warehouse/ inventory management is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years as order processor, order operation, administrative assistant or business operation related job.
- Fast learner with a sharp mind, able to work under stress and pressure independently.
- Exceptional detail orientation and organization skills (strong follow up skills).
- Proficient and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent in time management and strong sense of priority.
- Demonstrated ability to perform very good analytical tasks, report writing, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point).
- Fluent in English is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
