ENO, Inc. currently is hiring for a Warehouse Associate position. The ideal candidate would be well organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple projects. Previous experience in a similar logistics position is preferred.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of orders, provide an excellent retail and client support and support daily administration of logistical tasks. He/she will be managing and coordinating all warehouse activities, operations, and staff to ensure conformance to established procedures; implements practices that improve the effectiveness and financial performance of the supply chain. This position will support the operations department and also play an active role in the integration of our ERP and EDI software applications.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Associate (WA) is responsible for picking, packing and scanning orders as well as performing various warehouse activities. The WA will assist with organizing stock, maintaining inventory in pick bins and inspecting products for defects and damages. This position will support the Warehouse and Operations Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Receive picking tickets, pick product from shelves and pack according to client requirements
- Check items to be shipped against picking ticket to assure quantities, destinations and routing are correct
- Complete packaging, weigh, label and ready for pickup according to instructions on picking tickets
- Adhere to shipping/receiving and regulatory-compliance procedures
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory in pick bins
- Assist with the receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise or materials
- Assist with the dispatching of freight for delivery and arranging for pickups, as necessary
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Communicate effectively with internal employees and respond to their requests
- Inspect products for defects and damages, as necessary
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Assist with yearly physical count of inventory
- Assure warehouse is opened and locked up daily if first one in or last one out
- Abide by all company safety regulations
- Assist in manual performance of all warehouse activities, as necessary
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
