SalaryAdecco has a long-term contract opportunity with a global pharmaceutical organization. This position will perform day-to-day orders and coordinate activities per the required schedule. You will have the opportunity to interface with internal and external customers from multiple departments and all levels of management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle and collect data.
Effectively enter details into spreadsheets and create orders in the databases.
Communicate customer data corrections via email.
Enter and manage customer accounts and orders in the software systems.
Manage customer communications via email and ensure customer order inquiries are attended to in a timely fashion.
Participate in department meetings and training to remain current on products and their use.
Promote Excellent Customer Service. Identify tasks at hand and take appropriate action to achieve a positive outcome for our customers.
Perform duties in a safe manner. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Report deviations, or unexpected results in a timely fashion, in accordance with the organization’s CAPA (corrective action, preventative action).
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Demonstrates high quality work and detail oriented.
Knowledge of Excel and industry standard software.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
