The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Full Time Customer Support Specialist to join our Contact Center family here at Zeal Credit Union.

If you have the qualifications listed below, this Customer Support Specialist position might be just right for you:

• 12 Months Customer Service Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High Attention to Detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Essential Functions of the Customer Solutions Specialist:

• Process member transactions, routine account maintenance, and member requests.
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services by recognizing member needs and matching service products.
• Maintain knowledge of Zeal Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures

Hours:

This position is normally scheduled to work 40 hours per week ONSITE Monday-Friday; however, all schedules are subject to change based on the needs of the Credit Union.
