About the role
The part-time Webinar Host/Moderator is responsible for facilitating CPA Crossings online webinar training sessions. This position reports to the Operations Manager and also provides administrative support to the team as needed.
CPA Crossings provides technology-based learning & development for CPAs nationally, connecting national leaders in professional development with the CPAs that need to stay on the cutting edge of a dynamic and changing profession.
What you'll do
Facilitate multiple online and live webinar training sessions at one time:
Interact with subject matter experts
open/close sessions
run MP4 files
track attendance
assist online attendees real time with any questions that may arise
Issue certificates to attendees after successful completion of the session
Assist with various project work as needs arise
Qualifications
Must be able to multitask effectively
Must be reliable, dependable and on time
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Must be proficient with using a computer
Must possess professional written and spoken communication skills

Training provided
Webinars run from 8am to 6pm, shifts very within that time frame. During busy season (May/June & Nov/Dec) some evening and Saturday hours available
21+ hours/week, benefits available

About the Benefits:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
