Order Entry Specialist

The Woodlands branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local manufacturing company to add a Order Entry Specialist to their team to provide administrative support to the sales department!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recording customers information in order to process orders

• Completing fields such as name, address, account number, item number, price, and any sales or promotions

• Inputting data into a clerical database to be used to fullfill orders 

• Ensure payment information is accurate 

• Input orders into database

• Follow up on orders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven work experience as an Order Entry Specialist or similar role

• Experience in the Fastener manufacturing industry is preferred

• Attention to detail

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri | 8:00am - 5:00pm

PAY: $18/hour
