Bilingual Data Entry Specialist
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Location: Houston, TX 77002
Hours: Contract; Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
With your strong attention to detail and organizational skills, you will have a profound impact on entering fiscal and program data into databases, filing, and handling special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Enter all assessments, re-assessments, and Change of Status forms into both Servtracker and SAMS/SPURS systems.
- Create, file, and audit all MOW, HMO, DADS, and client files regularly.
- Maintain strong time management to keep all computerized and paper records complete and accurate.
- Assist with end-of-month financial closing activities.
- Assist with monthly AAA billing unit entry.
- Run eligibility report of HMO and DADS clients.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two (2) years of Data Entry experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance.
- Must have proficient knowledge of 10-key.
- Computer proficiency and experience using database, spreadsheet, and word processing software required.
