Qualifications and Detail about the Position
Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing several asset related data driven functions in support of the Asset Management Information System (AMIS) with associated applications and processes. This position covers data analysis and retrieval, reporting, data inputting, process management, and other general application activities.
Responsibilities:
Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
- Perform data inputting task such as receiving assets, decommissioning assets, and other general data activity surrounding assets
- Provide and develop data analytical reporting on various AMIS metrics and other AM
associated functions
- Coordinate flow of information from Operations for Data Entry outsourcing teams
- Monitor outsourcing teams (internal and external) for production excellence
- Perform necessary checks and balances for data accuracy to ensure optimal efficiency
- Provide Operations with reporting metrics to validate process completion
